Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a free replacement within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. Returns will not be accepted if:

1. The product was misused or damaged due to improper handling.
   
2. The product has been installed or used (e.g. consumable items).
   
3. Serial numbers are tampered with or missing.
   
4. Original packaging and accessories are missing.
   

All physical products sold by Adapt Affairs are covered under this policy. Replacement will depend on stock availability and may be for the entire product or specific parts.

Return & Refund Policy for Generic (Non-Customized) Products

Returns or replacements are applicable in the following cases:

1. You received the wrong product.
   
2. The product specifications differ from what was listed on our website.
   
3. The package arrived damaged, broken, or open.
   

Replacement Policy for Customized (Made-to-Order) Products

Customized products (made as per your request, such as specific finish, color, size, or printing) cannot be refunded but are eligible for replacement if:

1. You received the wrong product.
   
2. The product specifications differ from what was listed on our website.
   
3. Branding, customization, or printing does not match the approved design.
   
4. The product arrives damaged or broken.

How to Return a Defective or Damaged Product

1. Notify us as soon as possible.
   
2. You have 3 days from delivery to return it for a replacement.
   
3. Ensure the product is in its original condition.
   
4. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
   

After Cancellation & Refund Process

1. Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process it within 2-3 business days.
   
2. You will be notified of the cancellation.
   
3. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
   

Refund Mode

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method/account used for the transaction.

  Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
   
2. After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed, as products are custom-made.
   

Adapt Affairs reserves the right to cancel or reject any order and will issue a full refund if this happens.
